Short term mission trip to the Himalayan

Mission in church  recently completed a short term mission trip to the Himalayan area Shindupalcuk. This is a very remote area requiring a 4 hour bus journey from Kathmandu to Melamchi followed by 9 hours walking. Normally the bus can get much closer to our destination but the road has been destroyed by landslides caused by a combination of the earthquakes followed by the monsoon rains.  We have been working in this area for 6 years with our brother Man badur Gole and have 27 young believers there who have already accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour  so it was important for us to reach this area  to encourage them and share communion together.

Whilst we were there this time 8 more people received Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and we found that 9 are ready to take water Baptism.  We need your prayers for these new believers in this village to grow with spiritually relationship with our Lord and Jesus Christ   and for our work there. It is not easy to get there and we need God to raise up local pastors to lead these people ,  God is working there and people want Jesus.  If you have time please  come and visit us   join with  short term mission trip and pray for our mission work here in Nepal.  Our mission in church has short term mission trip opportunity all over the Nepal  with share love of our Lord and savior Jesus Christian  and  stables church when they needs, These villages were badly affected by the earthquakes and 45 people died. All of the houses in this village were  totally destroyed and all of the people are living in temporary shelters at this time they really need your prayers and encouragement as love of Jesus Christ.
